Most messages are people asking us to expand on something — what balancing actually does, whether their hot water problem sounds like a cylinder issue, or what a power flush is supposed to achieve. We use those questions to improve the guides, so they're always useful to receive.
A note on what we can't do
We can't book in jobs or price up work through this site. Once it comes to taps and meters, you need someone in the room with the system in front of them, and that's beyond what an email can sensibly cover.
